I haven't updated in quite a while. I'll start updating regularly again starting tonight.
Haven't been up to much, I have been focusing mostly on my diet and my weight loss.
I have lost  20 pounds in about six or seven weeks, thats with diet alone. Now I just need to motivate myself to get to the gym again, I'll start going on Monday.
I know it has only been 6 or 7 weeks but I just want to loose all my goal weight already! I'm like worshiping the scale, I know not good.
I'm not doing this diet just for the weight loss. I have PCOS and just after two weeks of my diet change I had a period which I hadn't had in months and I normally wouldn't get on unless I'm on birth control. I'm seeing lots of healthy changes and I'm really excited about my new healthy way of living.

I did cheat today, I had 12 carbs worth of low calorie cookies :-X

I made these cream cheese muffins that taste just like cheese cake.
They are super low in calories and super low in carbs, 2 carbs at the most.
Best of all its incredibly easy to make!


Ingredients:
2 8 oz. Cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup splenda
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

-Empty cream cheese into a medium size bowl and microwave for 40 seconds on high
-Mix in the eggs,vanilla extract, and splenda until smooth
-Bake in oven at 350 for 20 minutes
-They will become firm when you let them cool :)

New journal along with a new year, woo!
I guess i should figure out my new years resolution eh? How many are we suppose to make up? 12?

1. Keep this journal updated!
2. Lose weight! (seems like the most common)
3.Take my puppy for training after he is neutered
4. Save money!
5. Build up my confidence level and work on my social anxiety
6. Get more sleep!
Shit, thats all i can think of.
